For Immediate Release:

BIRMINGHAM, AL ( Dec. 11, 2018) National Scouting Report (NSR), the oldest recruiting organization in the world, joined forces with Transpacific Volleyball and Marki recruiting (Marki) to help with volleyball recruiting in Hawaii.

“First of all, we’re so excited to partner with the Transpacific Volleyball event. For years we’ve noticed the incredible athletic talent coming from Hawaii,” said Robert Cagle, Vice President and Director of Volleyball Scouting for NSR. “For that reason, the Transpacific group saw NSR as the natural answer to a major problem for athletes that want to play college volleyball.”

This partnership will help the talented volleyball players in Hawaii gain exposure to college coaches. As a result, NSR will have college scouts on the ground at the tournament evaluating the athletes in attendance. This partnership with Transpacific Volleyball is huge for volleyball recruiting in Hawaii.

The Transpacific Volleyball tournament is over the January 18-21, 2019 weekend. All three organizations have come together to create a great event for athletes, and spectators.

Additionally, NSR has partnered with Marki Volleyball Showcases.  Marki is hosting a college showcase for unsigned athletes the night before the Transpacific Volleyball tournament. During the event, NSR will be conducting metrics testing and recruiting seminars. But mainly the two organizations will be working to help high school athletes in Hawaii and all other athletes at the tournament.
“Our goal, is to help qualified high school athletes gain exposure to colleges and universities,” said Cagle. “Joining forces with Marki and Transpacific during this tournament allows us to do just that.”
Marki provides a fantastic platform for volleyball athletes to showcase their athletic skills. Over the next year, NSR will be the official college recruiting and scouting organization for Marki.
“Marki is proud to announce its partnership with NSR, a leader in the college recruiting arena,” said Nabil Mardini, the co-founder of Marki. “This is just a great opportunity for Marki to leverage what we offer to the student-athletes as our goal is really to bring together college coaches and volleyball players.”
NSR’s partnership with Marki won’t stop after the Transpacific tournament, it will continue throughout the year at various tournaments across the United States. Also, NSR scouts will be available at these events to scout and evaluate athletes that desire to play in college.
The combination of Marki’s showcase expertise and NSR’s dominance in the recruiting and scouting industry will only enhance the volleyball athletes opportunities to play in college.
Overall the NSR Volleyball team is very excited to start these partnerships.  Above all, we can’t wait to begin helping high school athletes navigate the volleyball recruiting process in Hawaii. If you want to be scouted at a volleyball event in 2019, click here.
