More than Helping Athletes get Scholarships

Since 1980, NSR's mission has been to help match student-athletes and college coaches with the best fit for their futures and programs. But our mission is more than just helping athletes get scholarship money, or to fill open spots on a roster. We want to help create better people on and off the field, and college athletics can help grow young people both intellectually and athletically. We strive to find an opportunity for every athlete to reach their full athletic and academic potential.

We are in the business of making dreams come true. The more athletes we can help get recruited, the more dreams we have helped come true; that's what makes our business so successful.

Prospect Evaluation

Our on-the-ground college scouts assess the abilities - both athletically and academically - of every prospect we enroll. Since we aren't open enrollment, we must make sure all NSR athletes have the character, work ethic and determination to make it to the next level.

Athlete Promotions

Once an athlete qualifies for NSR enrollment, we're able to begin reaching out to coaches to gauge interest and promote that athlete across multiple channels, including NSR's Evolution system, where college coaches from around the country have instant access to player profiles.

Educating Families

Staying eligible is critical and often overlooked by young athletes, but with an in-house NCAA compliance team, we're able to stay up-to-date with all NCAA and NAIA recruiting rules and regulations in order to help athletes and their families remain compliant throughout the recruiting process.

Expectations of Champions

Our Mission starts with high standards and ends with accountability. We're dedicated to those fundamentals, and that drives us to provide college coaches with athletes who meet their standards and abilities by expecting the same values from our scouts and prospective student-athletes. As with any championship team, we work hard. Shortcuts aren't in our blood or the NSR culture.
