Victoria Miterko (softball) | Edward Waters University
I would like to thank Nikki Bowey and the NSR staff for assisting my daughter through the recruiting process. Though we only worked with Nikki for a short time, she gave Victoria all the tools needed to assist her with showcasing her athletic talent. Whenever there were questions, Nikki was right there to help. The recruiting process can be a very stressful and headache filled time for student athletes/parents, but with NSR, we were able to enjoy every bit of the journey. Thank you again, Nikki, for all the support you show your athletes!
Cadyn Ennen (softball) | West Virginia Wesleyan College
After several years of unsuccessful progress in the recruitment process, we met Nikki Bowey. She completed an honest evaluation and provided her commitment to get our girl in front of the right coaches. Her dedication to the players she takes on, her knowledge of the game itself, and her outstanding connection in the softball community was invaluable. She was so easy and honest to work with, and really guided Cadyn to finding the right fit for her future. Without NSR I do not believe Cadyn would have been able to make her dream of playing at the next level come true. We cannot thank Nikki enough for her love of softball and her girls!
Alexia Bracero (softball) | Ave Maria University
Working with Nikki Bowey was a wonderful experience. Her unwavering dedication to supporting softball players, commitment, excellent follow-up skills, and genuine desire for the girls' success are commendable. Nikki made the recruiting process a pleasure, eliminating stress and headaches. I highly recommend Nikki and all the valuable NSR services included with the program; she truly exceeded our expectations!
Alyssa Hunter (softball) | Flagler College
We were challenged trying to navigate through the recruiting process. My daughter Alyssa went to a camp that Nikki Bowey was hosting, very shortly after she got in contact with us with a question. Why is Alyssa not recruited yet with her talent? We responded that we were so confused as what we need to do to get her noticed. Nikki had a meeting with Alyssa and both of us and talked about her goals and dreams. Nikki took the reins and started working on her recruiting process. Within a week we were notified at which camps to attend. Alyssa has always dreamed of playing softball and furthering her education in Florida. Alyssa attended a camp at Flagler College and met the coaches. We were all extremely impressed with the college and the coaches, and her smile said it all. A few weeks later, Flagler got in touch with her asking to come for a visit. Alyssa verbally committed and then signed to her dream college at Flagler College in Saint Augustine, Florida to further her softball career and education. Nikki took the time to find the perfect fit for Alyssa's softball career and education. Nikki really takes the time to get to know each individual. Nikki posts when they have a tournament coming up or when they have highlights or accomplishments. Nikki is constantly in contact with the player being recruited and guiding them through their process. Nikki, we cannot thank you enough for noticing Alyssa's potential and getting her recruited to Flagler College. Thank you, Nikki!
Meagan Villazon (softball) | Florida International University
4 years ago when my daughter was just in 8th grade, we learned about NSR and Nikki Bowey. My daughter was young and I knew it would be years before we would have to start thinking about the recruiting process. Well, that’s what I thought, at least. We scheduled our first meeting with Nikki and she thoroughly explained what NSR offers. That evening, Meagan was chosen to become an NSR athlete. Needless to say, I didn’t know entirely what to expect, nor did my daughter. All she knew was that she was now going to have Nikki in her corner, guiding her through the recruiting process that I mistakenly thought would take years to begin. Nikki quickly taught my daughter that this process begins the moment she steps into a field. She showed her that regardless of her age, there’s always someone watching. And she taught her that discipline and work ethic are two things can never be compromised. She pushed my daughter to come out of her shell. On those weeks where my daughter wasn’t on point with what she was expected to do, Nikki, through tough love, continued to push her and continued to expect certain things from her, always reminding her that what she does or does not do today, will directly impact tomorrow. My daughter appreciated this and grew to have the utmost respect for Nikki, always knowing that she believed in her and wanted nothing but to see her succeed. For the past 4 years, my daughter has pushed herself, she has learned discipline, she has worked incredibly hard at working on her weaknesses, and has never forgotten that there is always someone watching. I’m proud to say that 4 years later, she has committed to a D1 school and couldn’t be any happier. Thank you, Nikki, for always believing in her even when she was hard on herself, and for always showcasing her successes for others to see so that her dream of playing at the collegiate level would one day come true.
Reagan Diamond (softball) | Carnegie Mellon University
Our journey with NSR and Nikki started in the spring of 2023. My daughter had been getting responses and camp invites from several coaches and felt that she was doing well with the entire recruiting process. However, after several months of emails and phone calls, she didn’t feel that the process was moving beyond the initial contacts. It was then that a fellow teammate mentioned their work with Nikki and we reached out to see if it was a good fit for all parties. From our initial conversation and subsequent family meeting, Nikki made it clear that she only wanted to work with players who wanted to get recruited and were willing to put in the work. What I was looking for was someone who would be working behind the scenes for my daughter to get further exposure. On those points, it has been very successful. Nikki was very helpful with my daughter in getting her to understand what it took to get coaches looking at her and having successful interactions. Nikki also worked her NSR network to get my daughter to on travel teams outside of geological location so she could get exposure in other areas of the country.
Little did we know that it was Nikki’s relationship with coaches that allowed our daughter to continue to get in front of a coach she thoroughly enjoyed being around and wanted to play for in the future. The result of our time with NSR, and especially Nikki, was that my daughter was recruited by her top choice. If it wasn’t for Nikki, she may not have continued to pursue that specific school. We can’t thank her enough for being there for her and for being one of her biggest supporters. If there was any complaint, it was the fact that we didn’t start working with NSR and Nikki sooner!
Emma Kaylor (softball) | University of Charleston
We started this recruiting journey wondering what we needed to do to get our daughter Emma some more looks. Still kind of new to the entire process, but knew it was not easy and would be an adventure. One day we were browsing social media, long story short, noticed NSR and Coach Nikki Bowey! We immediately put an interest in to be contacted, messaged Coach Nikki (never be impatient with getting your child recruited) and asked for more information. Coach Nikki in a few short words told us she had received our information and ironically we were next on her agenda to be contacted about NSR and she would be in touch. Fast forward to the zoom meeting to be considered as an NSR prospect, after a very informative meeting from Coach Nikki, our daughter Emma Kaylor was selected to join NSR and we specifically remember Coach Nikki saying “Welcome Emma, let’s get you recruited”, and she was not lying! From that point on Coach Nikki was always there not just for our daughter, but for us as parents as well! So many “what to do with this” or “what to do with that” as Emma’s recruitment took off and Coach Nikki always had the right answer or response. Coach Nikki provided so many tips, so many pointers, a lot of positivity and was always a text or phone call away. Coach Nikki’s expertise and overall knowledge of the game of softball proved to be extremely beneficial time and time again. NSR and Coach Nikki provide a lot help to the student athlete and parents by updating information relative to the recruiting process on a consistent basis. Coach Nikki assisted with posting videos, stats, and updates from games on social media while eliminating some stress during the recruiting process for the player/parents. Because of Coach Nikki, the contacts she has along with relationships with current college coaches, Emma was recruited to play at the next level and received numerous feedback as well as offers!
Having Coach Nikki by our side throughout our daughters recruiting journey has been a pleasure and we are so very thankful for her and her knowledge! Our family will forever be grateful for NSR and Coach Nikki Bowey. For our daughter Emma - the guidance, knowledge, and support from Coach Nikki helped make her softball dreams a reality. In May of 2023, our daughter made her announcement and committed to continue her academic and athletic career at the University of Charleston, the capital of West Virginia! Go Golden Eagles 🦅 🦅
So, Coach Nikki…
From the Kaylor Family (Ralph, Amber, Emma and Noah) THANK YOU!!! You will always be a part of our FAMILY!
Madison Starling-Martin (softball) | Savannah State University
I joined NSR during my sophomore year of high school in 2019 as a shy, quiet person that was extremely unsure of how to go about getting recruited. I did know one thing though, and it was that I wanted to play college softball. NSR was with me every step of the way, especially Nikki Bowey. She was extremely helpful in guiding me on the best ways to get me out publicly to coaches, how to speak to them professionally and respectfully, and taught me that the best way to get great things was to be myself. Nikki came to camps, travel tournaments, and even drove hours to be there for me and celebrate my high school senior night. Nikki has amazing experience in helping athletes get recruited and her experience even goes beyond that. She was there for me when my travel ball team folded by calling and texting coaches to see if they had an open spot for me to play with them. She was there for me when my college coaches left the school I was verbally committed to in 2021, helping me reestablish relationships with coaches, she was there for me in spirit when I signed to play JUCO in 2022, was there for me during late-night phone calls listening to my stress about everything and giving me advice on how to hand situations. Nikki has stayed and helped me for years and because of her work, dedication, and experience, I was able to focus on being me which helped me in succeeding and signing to play D2 softball at Savannah State University. Anytime I needed anything, Nikki was always there, no questions asked and she is absolutely wonderful at her job. Nikki goes above and beyond to care for her athletes and I am so grateful I had her on my side through everything. Nikki always respected me and treated me like an adult which I loved because I always felt like she heard everything I had to say and sometimes she knew the things I wanted to stay, but was unable to find a way to. Thank you, Nikki, for everything you do and continue to do!! Good luck to all the athletes out there! You got this!
Angela Tucker (softball) | University of West Georgia
Working with NSR and Coach Nikki has been a complete pleasure. We’re so glad that we made the decision to allow Coach Nikki to help guide us on this journey. Nikki contacted us after seeing our girl play in a tournament. We got on a call with her and she openly talked with us about her background, experience and this process. We gained a lot of information and she answered all of our questions no matter what they were and left the door open to any further questions we may have had after the call. She was professional, but also made us feel like family!!! After joining NSR we noticed and increase in our daughter’s recruiting activity. When Nikki was able to, she came to tournaments and made sure she touched bases with her during and before she left/ before we left. She was always available to help us weigh the pros and cons of camps and schools that she was contacted by- she wasn’t just concerned with her progress on the field- she was invested in her progress in the classroom and made sure that she registered, prepared and took the ACT/SAT. She was invested in our girl all the way around and not only was she concerned with our girl- she often asked about us as parents and how can she help us and ensuring that our family was good all around!!! Nikki is a part of our family and although our girl is graduating and headed off to school- she can’t get rid of us!!!
Ella Nelson (softball) | Samford University
We first met NSR scout, Nikki Bowey the summer before Ella’s 7th grade year, at an NSR combine that she and some of her NSR colleagues were offering for softball players. Ella decided she wanted to participate in it and get her metrics. Nikki approached my husband, Brian, after Ella finished and wanted to sit down and talk with us. She was extremely open and honest about what she saw in Ella and explained how she could help Ella fulfill her dream of playing at the next level. After some long talks and some reassurance from an eleven-year-old that she genuinely wanted to play at the next level, we excitedly called Nikki back and began the journey!!!
From the beginning, Ella and Nikki just clicked. Everything Nikki told Ella became gospel, she soaked in everything and followed her advice to the letter. Nikki guided her in every step of the process of recruitment. She explained grades more than anything else will help her to get to college, then lead to her playing softball. We always knew Nikki was there with the answers, whether we wanted to hear them or not! Our motto when Ella asked us about a camp, school, or anything related we told her, Call Nikki!!
As a parent, it was extremely nice having someone there who knew the ins and outs of the recruiting process and was able to guide my daughter to her dream of playing at the next level. She was always there for us, like she is for Ella, giving us advice and pointing us in the right direction. Her guidance allowed us to sit back and share in the excitement of watching Ella play and commit to Samford University.
We will always be grateful to Nikki for everything she has done for our family. She will always hold a special place in our hearts!
From a friend to FAMILY!
We love you - Brian, Kelly, Brison and Ella
Mary Owens (softball) | Middle Tennessee State University
It was the summer of 2018 and Mary had just completed the 7th grade and her 7th year of travel softball. A coach friend of ours had invited Mary to attend an NSR athletic evaluation that he had scheduled for several teams in the organization he coached with. NSR scout, Nikki Bowey, and her colleagues were assigned to the evaluation. I remember Nikki being impressed with Mary’s skill set at the evaluation, which ultimately led to a Facetime interview with Mary and myself. I proceeded to conduct my own research and participated with Mary in interviews with other scouting organizations before ultimately accepting the opportunity to work with Nikki and NSR. For three plus years, Nikki has provided Mary with the guidance and direction to navigate the recruiting process and fulfill her personal goal to compete as a student athlete at the next level. Nikki maintained an impressive level of professionalism throughout the process and always answered Mary’s questions in a timely manner. Her level of expertise combined with her overall knowledge of the game of softball proved extremely beneficial time after time. Nikki provided Mary with updates and information relative to the recruiting process on a consistent basis and never failed to post videos, stats, and updates from games on social media for coaches to view. Coaches from all divisions of NCAA have logged in to her NSR profile to view her stats, honors, academics, photos and videos. Ultimately, this led to a tremendous amount of interest from colleges and universities from across the United States. On October 3, 2021, Mary found her fit and committed to Middle Tennessee State University. I couldn’t be more excited for Mary as I get to watch her fulfill her lifelong dream to play collegiate softball. I am beyond thankful to Nikki Bowey and NSR for the role they have played in Mary’s recruiting process and just know this…Nikki Bowey will always be a part of our family!
Rowan Franklin (softball) | University of Montevallo
Thank you is just so inadequate for all you have done for our family, and especially our daughter, Rowan! All we knew at the beginning of this journey was that Rowan was having a good time playing softball, and that she seemed to be pretty good at it. When her initial goal was to make the middle school team, she and we knew what to do. When she started talking about wanting to play in college, we realized there was a LOT more than ‘Hit the ball, run fast, turn left.’
When you called us to introduce yourself and NSR, that was a key point for us to realize that Rowan had the potential to play at the next level. I’ll admit it--we did have the thought that maybe we could get Rowan recruited ourselves without NSR. However, now it is impossible to count how many times we were grateful we decided to go with you and NSR! There is no way that this process could have gone so smoothly without you and the NSR resources! From videos to emails to recruitment materials and your personal contact with college coaches, NSR made this process so much more straightforward.
We are so thankful to you personally! You took the time to explain the process to us, you were always available to us and to Rowan and you allowed us to do what we do best - be parents - because you took on the role of recruiter. From the beginning, you held her accountable for her actions and decisions. You placed a lot of faith in her and as she has gotten older, she has realized that not everyone has had this opportunity. As an educator, I truly appreciate the focus you maintained with our daughter on her education, not just her softball career. Your continued question for Rowan, ‘Are you interested in this college?’ became her own filter. We would find her researching colleges and looking at majors, housing, and location, as well as the softball team.
You saved us a lot of time and wasted effort, not to mention money, by letting us know what was available to her and what was not. It was such a relief to discuss colleges, coaches, camps, and other opportunities, and know that we could always say, ‘Text Nikki, and see what she thinks.’
You reached out during the COVID shut-down to make sure that Rowan and all your recruits were staying focused, and more than that, you let them know that you were there and that you cared about them as people, not just recruits. Rowan really appreciated that, as did we. She always felt better after talking to you.
We all appreciate your honesty and clarity. Sometimes there were things Rowan needed to hear, even if they weren’t what she wanted to hear, and you told them openly, honestly, and fairly. No matter what she ends up doing, you modeled the ability to relay facts without blame or unpleasantness and she is a better person for that.
If we have any regrets, it’s that you were not able to be in the room when Coach Wade of Montevallo made Rowan the offer to play for the Falcons. To realize that this big, seemingly impossible, goal was gained was almost too much to believe. So much of this excitement, happiness, and satisfaction is due to you and your continued work and faith in Rowan! You helped her realize what is important, that she has the ability to play and how best to go about the process.
Thank you is so inadequate for all you have done for our family. You will always be a part of our family and our treasured memories of this part of Rowan’s life! Don’t worry! We’ll keep in touch!
Love always, Brian, Alicia and Rowan Franklin
Emily Griffin (softball) | Truett McConnell University
Our family is forever grateful to NSR and Nikki Bowey. The guidance, knowledge, and support from Nikki helped our daughter make her softball dreams a reality. Some days during the recruiting process are not easy ones. However, Nikki always told Emily to trust the process and do the work and it would happen for her. Then COVID hit and the dream schools that were once a reality were not taking any recruits from her graduating class. Then one day, Emily received a message from Nikki asking if she would be interested in Truett McConnell University.
Once we took a trip there and met the coaches and players, we all knew it was her perfect fit that she had been looking for. Emily loved the area, coaches, school, and current players. The coaches made her feel at home and that she would grow and be valued at TMU.
Nikki has been available by phone or text anytime Emily needed advice or guidance. She is in constant contact with her recruits and is at tournaments talking to the college coaches. Nikki has played at the next level and has many college contacts that trust her expertise.
Our advice to the parents and players simply is this: Listen to the NSR reps that have the knowledge to help your family, trust the process, always give an effort (you never know who is watching), and have fun on this incredible journey!
Erica Wilton (softball) | Miami Dade College
The Wilton family would like to take the time to give a huge thanks to Nikki Bowey Nsr for her guidance through what can be a really confusing college recruiting process. Even though Erica Wilton joined Nikki very late in the game, Nikki helped Erica, Laura, and I all understand the steps required to getting seen by college coaches and got Erica in contact with over a dozen coaches in a very short period of time. After multiple visits to college campuses, a ton of consideration from several great offers, and guidance from Nikki, Erica was given an offer, committed, and signed her LOI in just 6 months of joining the NSR team. We are hoping that her HS will still be having a formal LOI signing ceremony and a chance to celebrate with Nikki and a few others that helped prepare her for this exciting moment in her life. Thank you very much Nikki and the NSR team!
Ashlynn Pauwels (softball) | LSUA
Navigating life as a parent is challenging, sometimes frustrating and yet so rewarding! The same can be said when you have your first child in a travel sport. Fastpitch softball is that sport for us. Fastpitch softball has grown tremendously in the ten plus years Ashlynn has been involved. Like learning to become a new parent, there was not an instruction manual to help navigate the complex world of being a fastpitch softball travel parent. We traveled the country, Ashlynn attended numerous camps, we were always trying to do the right thing so Ashlynn would have an opportunity to perform in front of the “right” college coaches. All of the rule changes and the shutdown from COVID proved to be very challenging and frustrating for all of us. Fortunately, after conducting some research we found there is an instruction manual for fastpitch softball travel parents in the form of National Scouting Report (NSR). Not just some confusing book, but a live instruction manual (NSR scouts) with knowledgeable, dedicated professionals who know how to navigate these uncharted waters with a steady ship. We were very fortunate to come in contact with a great scout at NSR named Nikki Bowey; who we had seen many times at the fields across the country. From the first conversation with Nikki, we knew we had found the assistance we so needed. Nikki immediately went to work with Ashlynn to get her profile together and provided much needed guidance. Ashlynn started seeing immediate results with college coaches reaching out to her to learn more about her; academically and athletically. We did not know what we did not know, but Nikki’s experience and expertise has proven to be invaluable. Throughout the entire process Nikki has provided sound advice and provided valuable guidance each step of the way. Nikki is readily available to answer questions, provide guidance and always excited to see Ashlynn at the ballfields! To see not only the excitement in Ashlynn when she committed, but also the sheer excitement from Nikki was truly rewarding! Thank you Nikki for all you have done for our first travel sport athlete!! Stay tuned for round two!
Jordyn Hustey (softball) | University of Tennessee at Martin
Nikki Bowey had contacted us about our daughter, Jordyn Hustey 2022 P/1B, after seeing her at a tournament. She then met up with us at a game to talk with us and set up a time to get together to learn more. After talking with Nikki, we decided to use NSR to help on Jordyn’s recruiting process. Nikki was very helpful in moving us in the right direction, helping Jordyn with emails and phone calls, and telling us which camps she should attend to get the best exposure. We were very grateful to have Nikki on our side when Covid hit! She answered countless questions and concerns, which she was very happy to do no matter what time of day it was. My daughter’s dream to play at the next level came true. She found her perfect fit at University of Tennessee, Martin and we couldn’t be more excited. Thank you, Nikki, for all your guidance!
Trish Leins (softball) | Metropolitan State University of Denver
My name is Trish Leins, a 2021 C/3B/UTL, and I play for Colorado Stars Sakamoto 18u Gold. Nikki reached out to me before my freshman year of high school, trying to see where I was with my interest in playing collegiate ball. However, I didn’t keep in touch with her for almost two seasons. Nikki followed my competitive softball career and reached out again to me the summer going into my senior year of high school. At this point Covid-19 had taken a serious toll on how players normally get recruited. I felt that I was coming to a dead end on how to get seen by schools. Nikki was very persistent on helping me get to my perfect school and after having a very in depth and long FaceTime call with her, my parents and myself, we knew that having Nikki help me was both the best thing to do and a huge blessing. I am the oldest of four children, so my parents and I had no idea where to start or what to even begin to do to get coaches looking at me. Nikki walked us through everything possible that could come my way and really made sure I understood what colleges could and couldn’t do, what I needed to look for, and helped me really understand what I wanted from a school and from softball at the next level. Within a week of working with Nikki, I had coaches from every level and size looking at me and trying to get me to look more at their school. Prior to this I had worked with other recruitment services, but nothing led to anything more than me sending emails to a coach. With the help of Nikki Bowey I am blessed to have the chance to continue my softball career at Metropolitan State University of Denver. I do not think that without Nikki’s help I would have gotten to be at my perfect school!
Madison Bromley (softball) | Rhodes College
My daughter, Madison, has been playing softball since she was seven years old. She has always been very driven in everything she does, so softball was no exception. Madison was fortunate enough to play on very competitive teams with coaches that have played and have passion for the game. Madison always wanted to play softball in college, so my husband and I did everything we could to support her dream.
Madison did everything she was supposed to do. She e-mailed coaches frequently, sent videos of her game highlights and training, worked hard on and off the field, maintained a very high GPA, was very involved in her high school, and held leadership positions. Unfortunately, she was not making any headway in her recruiting journey and it was very discouraging.
My husband and I have heard of the different companies to help in the recruiting process and honestly heard mixed reviews. However, we were willing the learn more about what they had to offer. We had heard the name Nikki Bowey and NSR very frequently, as she is a scout in Florida. She was always posting on Facebook about her kids and their successes, and she was frequently watching her kids at tournaments that my daughter was playing at.
We decided to take the leap and reach out to Nikki. My husband and I liked her immediately! She was forthright, honest, and very down to earth. We met with her as a family and she spent a lot of time going through the program and what it can offer. Our family was impressed, and we signed up with NSR and Nikki that night.
From that point on, Madisons recruiting process skyrocketed. The e-mails were just pouring in and we were exposed to colleges that we had never heard of before from all over the country. Madison started to schedule phone and Zoom calls with coaches and finally we started to realize that her dream really might become a reality. Nikki also kept Madison very accountable as this was her journey, not ours. She was also always available via phone/text/e-mail to answer any questions or listen to concerns.
Madison verbally committed to Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee last month. This is her perfect fit, academically and athletically and we couldn‘t be happier or prouder of Madison. We truly feel that this would have not happened without the help, support, and guidance of Nikki Bowey and NSR.
Thank you, Nikki, from the bottom of our hearts!
The Bromley Family
Sarah Young (softball) | Rollins College
As the parent of a student athlete who worked with NSR, I cannot say enough about Nikki Bowey and NSR. Nikki was diligent in finding out what type of school would be a fit for my daughter based on her academic goals and athletic aspirations for college. She was brutally honest when needed and a kind mentor as well. She opened our eyes to the variety of college experiences that were available if the athlete was willing to put the work in. With her help we had the right knowledge to proceed in the long and tough recruiting process. We are thrilled with the results and how perfect of a fit the college is that my daughter committed to for softball! We are lucky to call Nikki friend.
Rachel Hester (softball) | Flagler College
Nikki Bowey has gone above and beyond to help us during our recruiting journey! She is always full of encouragement and helpful advice. Continued success Nikki and NSR! Our family had a great experience with NSR, specifically Nikki Bowey. She made sure all of our questions were answered, she helped with the recruitment process, which is a huge task in itself, and if you are overwhelmed in the recruiting process, Nikki is an awesome recruiter. Nikki is the greatest and our family is much appreciated. Thank you, Nikki!
Alexandra Perez (softball) | Keiser University
We were originally we not very happy with NSR. Nikki Bowey became our scout, and right away took ownership, showed care, and support for my daughter. Nikki salvaged the relationship and made us a believer, was so helpful, always available and answered any and every question that arose. Nikki is a valuable asset to NSR!!! Nikki Bowey was our scout, extremely friendly, honest, caring, informative and so very reliable.Nikki was always there to answer any questions, always made time to visit fields, when my daughter played. Nikki is truly an asset for NSR!!!
Kristin Ingram (softball) | Humboldt State University
Special thanks to NSR scout Nikki Bowey, by far the hardest working scout in the business. This is the culmination of hours and hours of hard work by Nikki. I encourage anyone engaged in the recruiting process to contact Nikki and NSR. You will not be disappointed.
Tyler Arnet (softball) | Montreat College
My name is David Arnet and my family made the decision/choice to utilize NSR to assist in the recruiting process for our daughter. Nikki and our family had spoken several times at events throughout Florida and came into our homes and answered all our questions. Once Nikki had left we as family sat down over the next several days and discusses the pros and cons of signing up. When we made the decision to continue with the process and get the assistance from Nikki in making our daughter more marketable to college coaches it all made sense. Nikki formulated a strategy, communicated with our daughter and guided us through the important steps and somethings we may have overlooked. We knew Tyler would have no issues with the academic side of things, but she made sure we always had a great skills video on her personal site as well.Nikki came to see Tyler play throughout her High School and travel ball team seasons and did everything within her power to assist us. When coaches would email Tyler she was always there to assist in helping answer questions or even prep to ask the right questions. Nikki was there to advise whether a school was right for her or us to them. When Tyler made the decision to sign with her destination school, she contacted Nikki and talked it out with her. When all was said and done and dust cleared, we knew as a family our daughter had made the right choice. We are confident and proud of the path that we chose in assisting our daughter fulfill her dream of playing softball at the next level and we have NSR and Coach Nikki Bowey to thank for it !!!
Danielle Karacson (softball) | Francis Marion University
My wife and I did not know where to go, or how to help get our daughter seen by College Coaches. We had tried doing it ourselves, with our daughter sending out email after email with very little response. We had seen all types of recruiting programs and they all were different. We had no clue where to go or what to do, we felt time was getting away from us. One of Dani's friends on her travel softball team had signed up with NSR and we spoke with her parents to see what NSR was doing to help them. They told us after signing with NSR they had school's contacting their daughter, and now it was just a matter of finding the right fit and location. That's when we were referred to Nikki Bowey. Nikki set up a family meeting with us and it all became clear this is the way to go. Nikki was able to answer all our questions and by the end of the meeting we were so as excited about Dani's future as a student athlete.
Nikki has gone above and beyond getting us all the information we needed, along with staying in constant contact with us and our daughter through the whole process. Nikki's experience and knowledge of the recruiting process is amazing. The recruiting process is very different from the way it used to be with a lot more rules and competition out there. It really helps having someone with the knowledge and experience in your corner. Nikki and the NSR program got our daughter a ton of exposure from colleges throughout the entire United States. If you are looking for help in the recruiting process, then I would highly recommend Nikki Bowey and the NSR Team. Thank you Nikki!!!
Alicia Wallick (softball) | Columbia International University
When we first signed with NSR for my daughter, we originally signed with another recruiter who decided to leave abruptly. We were then a bit skeptical about our decision to use a recruiting agency. NSR assigned us Nikki Bowey and right away our mind was set at ease because she was quick to #1 get to know my daughter's preferences and #2 keep her motivated to do what was necessary. Nikki kept our daughters name out there and it wasn't long that there were several offers to schools high on her list. We were very happy with the entire NSR process, but overly impressed with Nikki Bowey. Thank you so much for everything and Nikki Bowey comes highly recommended by The Wallick Family!
