NSR is the oldest college recruiting organization in the world. Both YESI and NSR partner to achieve their shared mission to help athletes academically and athletically.

YESI and NSR partner in hopes to help young soccer players in the Bahamas play collegiately in the United States.
Happy Hall, the founder, and president of YESI created the organization to provide an avenue for children in the Bahamas to have a place to inspire and motivate student-athletes. Previously, Hall played professional soccer in the United States. Every off-seasn he returns to his home in Nassau to make a difference in his community.
A piece of YESI’s mission is, “supporting their (athletes) emotional development alongside their academic progress. This is possible due to a well-organized coaching schedule that works alongside a structured volunteer tutoring and mentor program. The children are learning to take the same principles of TEAMWORK, COMMITMENT, and HARD WORK into their daily lives. Our goal is to ensure that we improve EACH and EVERY child’s overall experience.”
NSR soccer scout, Jared Vock, is working with Hall to evaluate the athletic abilities of the student-athletes at YESI. Also, Vock will educate the student-athletes and their families on the recruiting process. After that, he will help those who have the abilities to play in college start their recruiting journey.
NSR echoes those same values. Both organizations hope to provide athletes and their families guidance through the recruiting process. Through cutting-edge technology, recruiting seminars and scouts all over the world NSR continues to provide countless student-athletes and families the tools they need to be successful and navigate the recruiting process.

The NSR scout team consists of over 200 former professional and college athletes that offer guidance to student-athletes and their families’ through the recruiting process.
