Taylor Carter
Zac Taylor

These two outstanding football players, twins, both carry 2.9 GPA’s and lead the offensive line at Smith County High School in Carthage, Tennessee.  Taylor is 5’10” and tips the scales at 260 which Zac at the same height weighs in at 285.  Their NSR scout, Joe Jackson, speaks proudly about the work ethic and character of both these young men in his scouting reports on them.  In his essay to college coaches, Zac says, “The game of football and my coaches have taught me many things that have helped me in other areas of my life. Things like the importance of education, dedication to a group cause, the importance of hard work, and being a part of something bigger than myself. Through football I have developed many lasting friendships and I have realized the satisfaction of working as a group to achieve a common goal. I am looking forward to furthering my education and I want football to be a major part of my future.”  Last year as a junior, Taylor earned the coveted Iron Man award while Zac was named Regional Offensive Lineman MVP and to the pre-season All-State Team.
