Caci Andreychuk is our Female Athlete of the Day. This exceptional athlete is 5’10” and carries a 4.28 GPA. She plans to major in Business. Named All-County as a junior, here’s what she has to say to college coaches in her personal essay: “I go to Wharton High School in Tampa, Florida and have been a varsity starter since midway in my freshman year. Volleyball has been a part of my life for quite some time and I would love to have the opportunity to play at the college level. Education is very important to me, to have the opportunity to play volleyball as well would be a dream come true.” In his scouting report on her, NSR scout Steve Swain says, “I have been very fortunate to have the opportunity to evaluate Caci Andreychuk over the past two club seasons and last year as a junior in high school. Caci has everything you want in an Outside Hitter, great athlete, power hitter with good arm speed and mental toughness. She has a very strong right arm with vertical. Her instincts at the net are above average and she can hit through and around the block. Caci is an aggressive power hitter with good lateral mobility. She also has a good jump serve and can play the back row. Good dig ability and she’s always moving. She is positive, energetic and composed on the court.”
