Nikki is originally from Ft. Collins, Colorado and was a four-year starter for the DI softball program at Mercer University. After graduation, she went on to teach 5th grade and coach high school softball in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Realizing she wanted to pursue her passion of being involved in sports, she went back to school and earned her MBA and Masters of Sports Business Management from the University of Central Florida. From there, she spent 4 years with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and 2 years with the Jacksonville Jaguars. As a part of the NSR family, she now has the opportunity to utilize her unique skills, expertise, and experiences to help student-athletes realize their dream of playing at the collegiate level.

In 2022, I was hired to establish the Four Corners Upper School baseball program in Davenport, Florida. Within two years, I transformed a JV-only squad into the SSA 5A State Champions, showcasing my ability to develop talent and build winning programs.As a certified professional, I hold credentials as an NFHS Nationally Certified Coach, USA Baseball Certified Coach, ArmCare Certified Arm Care Specialist, ArmCare Certified Pitching Biomechanist, and Driveline Certified coach. My expertise in player development is enhanced by my close professional relationship with Rene Rivera, Detroit Tigers’ Single-A Florida State League Manager of the Year, whom I hired as Director of Player Development for my program.A family man, I’m married with four children—two girls and two boys—and take pride in mentoring athletes with the same dedication I show my own family.
