When our daughter, Hayley, first began playing softball, we never imagined that playing at the
collegiate level would be one of her goals. However, when that eventually became something she
wanted to achieve, we didn’t really have any idea where to start in helping her make this dream a
reality. Enter Mandi and the NSR team. Mandi helped us begin the process and has been with us
every step of the way. She is always there to answer any questions we might have and is always
looking for opportunities that could benefit Hayley. Mandi is someone who holds her players
accountable and pushes them to see beyond what even they might think is possible. In the end,
though, Mandi only wants what is best for each of her athletes. With her help and guidance,
Hayley has been able to find the school that best fits her, and we feel very blessed to have her in
our corner throughout the rest of our daughter’s softball career.

I want to thank you for everything you have done to help me! You and the NSR family have helped me so much with all of the combine testing, the emails, putting together a page for me so college coaches can look at it. You taught me to keep my options open. My advice to those who are in the recruiting process right now is to figure out what you want in a school and do your research. For me, I know what I want to major in and I know that I don’t want to go to a big school. I think the best advice I could give someone is to have an open mind.

NSR and especially Mandi have opened so many doors for me. Without Mandi I would not know where I would be right now. Without even really knowing me she took me in as a scout and helped me find my fit. Before Mandi I had no clue what I was doing I was sending emails but not getting any responses, which was very discouraging, but as soon as I became an NSR athlete everything changed. A couple days after getting my profile up I had coaches emailing me, and after a year of not getting very many emails that was a huge relief. Mandi not only gave me advice on the recruiting process but she took time to go through the videos I sent her and get me feedback to make me a better athlete. Towards the end of my recruiting progress when I was trying to decide where to go Mandi was there to listen to what I thought about the school and give me advice. I will forever be thankful for everything Mandi has done for me in helping me find my Fit, and I can't wait for my next adventure to begin.
