Linebacker Leads Team to Second State Title in Three Years

Two weeks after winning a state title and earning outstanding player in the Superdome for leading his team to a second state title in three years, 2012 NSR football prospect, Ricky Wyatt from Neville High School in Monroe, Louisiana, earned a spot on the All-State team and was named 4A defensive player of the year. Ricky received his first college scholarship offer this week from Central Arkansas. The 5’10”, 230-pound linebacker carries a 3.2 GPA and wants to major in Physical Education. In Ricky’s essay to college coaches he says, “I have a passion for this game. I love hitting ball carriers. I believe I have what it takes to make it to the next level playing college football.
