Elise Richardson

We are pleased to introduce our Female Athlete of the Day, Elise Richardson, a southpaw softball pitcher from Satsuma High School in Satsuma, Alabama.  She has committed to play for Pensacola State College in Pensacola, Florida.  She carries a 3.3 GPA.  Her NSR scouts are Coach Robert Cagle and Susan Cagle, Lower Alabama AD’s.  In their scouting report, they say, “Her arsenal of pitches is deep and she can move the ball around the plate with good accuracy. She has been playing on the 6A Satsuma High School team for 4 years. Elise is a solid hitter with great speed. This young pitcher is worth watching and will be an amazing pitcher in college one day. She is coachable, determined and everything a college coach wants on their team.”  To college coaches, she says, “I daydream about stepping foot on a pitching mound of a college team. I’ve always wanted to see what it feels like to wear that jersey, and that’s what keeps me motivated. I work hard on the field and in the classroom so I can achieve this goal and make my dreams come true. My coaches push me during practice to be the best I can be, and I know in the future it will pay off.”
