Trey Cave

How does 4.4 sound?  That’s the burning speed of our Male Athlete of the Day, Trey Cave, from Greenwood High School in Midland, Texas.  He carries an admirable 3.9 GPA.  Heaped with post-season honors as a junior and senior, Trey led Greenwood in yards gained the past three years totally 3,140 all-purpose yards.  As a senior this past fall, he ran up 1,180 of those AP stats.  FBU’s eval of Trey said, “He has all the skills to play at the college level. Plus he is has great grades. With his speed and versatility He can play any skill position. Size is not gonna matter with this kid cause he has great speed and quickness and is smart and tough.”  In his message to college coaches, Trey says, “I always work hard and never give up. I do my best in the classroom as well as on the field and in the weight room. I’m constantly working on speed and agility as well as strength. My goal is to play collegiate football. I plan to graduate college with a degree in Physical Sciences, Kinesiology or possibly a degree in Computer Information Systems. I look forward to the future and I believe that with the right attitude and work ethic, I can reach my goals.”
