Gary is one of the most successful scouts in NSR history, guiding more than 1000 athletes through the college recruiting process and earning the company's highest honor, the Bob Rigney Founder's Award, in 2021. One of the senior members of the organization, Gary rejoined the NSR family in 2014 as Area Director of the Mid-Atlantic states. A former National Vice President and Area Director of Florida from 1988-93, he worked with hundreds of college prospects in the Sunshine State before returning home to Pennsylvania. Since that time, he has helped hundreds of prospects in the Mid-Atlantic get heavily recruited and earn millions in college scholarships. A native of Delaware County and graduate of Haverford High School and Penn State University, he spent two decades as Executive Sports Editor of the Bucks County (PA) Courier Times and South Jersey Courier-Post overseeing coverage of pro sports, college sports and more than 100 high schools. During that time, he created and chaired two of the largest 5K races in the Philadelphia area — the Sesame Place Classic and Clementon Park and Splash World Classic — to help raise more than $300,000 in college scholarships for top scholar-athletes. Helping high school athletes reach the next level not only is a job but also a passion for him.

Dave Williams is a decorated collegiate, and professional coach with 13 coach-of-the-year honors, an Inspiration Award from the Peach Belt Conference, and an Administrative Excellence Award from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Dave understands college athletics, the recruiting process, and what coaches are looking for in student athletes. So, whether you’ve just started your recruiting journey or are already talking with college coaches Dave can help you navigate the process efficiently to maximize your chances of achieving the right college fit for you. ----- As a coach, Dave has successfully guided the performance of many nationally and internationally ranked athletes and teams. In total, he has coached 92 All-Conference Athletes, 77 National Championship Qualifiers, 15 All-Americans, 12 Individual Conference Champions, 6 Region Champions, 3 National Champions, and 1 NCAA Independent Athlete of the Year. Teams that he has coached have earned 7 Conference Titles, 6 Region Titles, 4 National Top 25 Team Rankings, 2 National Scholar Team Awards, and multiple Team Sportsmanship Awards. Additionally, he has assisted with the development of an additional 17 All Americans and 1 Olympic Champion and World Record Holder. ----- As an administrator, Dave has successfully bid on and hosted 11 U.S. National Championships, 15 NCAA Conference and Region Championships, 2 NCAA Division 1 National Championships, and large-scale international events including the 2011 18-Nation Duel in the Pool and the 2016 Team USA Olympic Training Camps for both Swimming and Diving.
