College Scouts are on the ground in Northern Indiana.

Mark and the staff at NSR are dedicated to finding scholarship opportunities for athletes in Northern Indiana that possess the talent, desire, and motivation to compete at the collegiate level. We provide athletic evaluations, academic guidance, and an in-depth education on the recruiting process. Upon successful evaluation and qualification into our program, National Scouting Report will provide the appropriate link between the student athlete and over 2,000 colleges and universities across the country.

NSR prides itself on having scouts on the ground across the country and around the world, checking out our prospects firsthand and making sure they are the quality athletes that we are proud to represent. If you see an NSR scout at your next event, be sure to ask them any questions you may have about college recruiting, and how NSR can help secure the futures of young athletes.

Parents, where are you in the recruiting process?

If you are a high school student athlete competing in any of the 32 men or women's NCAA sanctioned sports and want to continue playing at the college level, contact Mark today for a personal interview and evaluation. Call (317) 339-6721 or email mgalyean@nsr-inc.com to discuss the options.

About Area Director, Mark Galyean

A resident of Indianapolis, I have been very involved with travel baseball as both a parent and coach. Combining over 30 years of business experience and my love for the game I have found my true passion! I am proud to say that I have become an area director in Indiana and Michigan for NSR...the leader in helping student athletes through the college recruiting process. Baseball has been very good to my family. From my oldest son Zach playing in college, my youngest son Tyler being a NSR athlete and now playing in college to the close friendships I have developed over many years. I am thrilled to be part of such a great organization and the opportunity to help your son navigate the recruiting process and find his perfect college fit! Over the years I have seen that there were athletes good enough to play baseball in college but did not get the opportunity because their parents did not understand the process or have someone that they trusted to navigate the recruiting process and find their perfect college fit! I look forward to working with you and your son to reach his dream of playing in college and making the recruiting journey a positive and exciting time in their career!

In a basketball state, I grew up playing hockey and baseball.  I was fortunate to have played hockey with some incredibly talented individuals in the US and Canada but always knew I was better suited to coaching.  I began coaching while still in high school at camps, then coached all-star and travel teams and finally coached the varsity high school team at my alma mater. When my kids chose sports other than hockey, I left their instruction to the experts. Unable to merely be a spectator though, I dedicated my coaching time to volunteering and mentoring, and now lead their program's foundation and charity efforts. When I was offered the opportunity to join the NSR family to become a scout and advocate for student-athletes and their families, it was a very easy decision.  I look forward to assisting you in the recruiting process and fulfilling your dream of playing at the collegiate level.
