As a former athlete I played 8 years of competitive travel ball and 5 years of Varsity softball at Thompson High School in Alabama. After high school I was recruited to play Division 1 ball at Troy University. I enjoyed playing for five years and got my degree in Human Services.As a high school athlete, I used NSR to get me recruited and live out my dream of playing college softball. My scout, Tommy Barnhill, led me in my recruiting decisions which led me to Troy. That has made me passionate about helping other athletes achieve their dreams of playing in college. I want to help athletes not only find a school, but find the right school.

Connor was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio and grew up playing hockey and lacrosse. Connor Graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology/Anthropology and was a 4 year letter winner with the Men’s Lacrosse team. Connor then began his coaching career in men’s lacrosse at the high school level for 1 season. He then elevated to the NCAA D3 level at Birmingham Southern College and then Transylvania University. Connor then spent 2014-2020 building the NCAA D2 University of Alabama in Huntsville program.

Scott Szush is a baseball scout based out of Birmingham, Alabama with an extensive history of playing and coaching baseball. Scott has coached baseball at all levels and developed relationships with numerous coaches and organizations around the country. His passion and commitment to the development of young baseball players has led to the pursuit of scouting to fulfill the dreams of players to play at the collegiate level.Scott also has a son Parker that is a pitcher at the collegiate level.
