The staff at NSR is dedicated to finding scholarship opportunities for athletes in Southwest Houston that possess the talent, desire, and motivation to compete at the collegiate level. We provide athletic evaluations, academic guidance, and an in-depth education on the recruiting process. Upon successful evaluation and qualification into our program, National Scouting Report will provide the appropriate link between the student athlete and over 2,000 colleges and universities across the country.

I have been an avid football fan from the time I was 6 years old.I played youth football and then went on to play in both junior and high school. The passion for football never faded after school.I took some years off away from football to build my career and to take care of my family. Eventually I went back to my calling in football and coached youth football both for leagues and eventually a select team.I have been involved with coaching for the last 23 years. Football is my passion.
The joy of knowing that I have and will be able to influence a young man's life is what keeps me motivated with coaching and now will help with scouting for such a great organization such as NSR. I have seen first hand the struggles that kids have with finding the next step in their football dreams and now I will be able to help with this process.
I am married to my wife, Stephani and we have 3 kids, one who played football and eventually went into the US Army. We have 2 dogs, Gunner and Bella and live right outside of Houston, TX in a small town called Deer Park.

Sean Salisbury is a former 10‑year NFL quarterback and longtime analyst for ESPN. He currently hosts Unpaved on Rumble, where he delivers authentic insights and thought leadership across sports, business, and personal growth. I am the Executive Board Director of "TE Sports" a multi-sports organization in Austin, TX, CEO and Co-Founder of CBE Exposure Basketball events in Texas, and Basketball Scout for the National Scouting Report (AL).
I have an Associate of Applied Science Business Management Degree A.A.S. with cores in C.E.E.T. and M.A. I am also a 4 year high school basketball varsity letterman and obtained a scholarship offer to the University of Texas in 1986. I have played basketball since 7th grade and have a great intense passion and expectation of athletes for the game. My specialty and strength was being an aggressive defender and a 3pt sharp shooter with a 80% shooting accuracy averaging 20+ points per game.
Along beside my husband, Ryan J Smith, Co-Executive Director, our "TE Sports" program has had the pleasure of assisting 100+ athletes in their journey to college basketball and their college academic majors at the next level. As a player, trainer and coach, I plan to continue to place student-athletes in the best scenario for recruitment to college sports.
