Paul Burgos is an accomplished football coach and educator with over 18 years of experience at both the high school and collegiate levels. Known for his offensive expertise and player development, Burgos has consistently built high-performing programs and helped student-athletes reach the next level both academically and athletically.Most recently serving as Offensive Coordinator at Kilgore College, Burgos led one of the most explosive offenses in the nation, culminating in back-to-back SWJCFC Conference Championships in 2022 and 2023 and the nation’s top-ranked offense in 2023. His offensive systems emphasize tempo, efficiency, and adaptability, preparing athletes to compete in today’s evolving game.Burgos has a proven track record in recruiting, talent evaluation, and athlete exposure. He has helped numerous players earn opportunities at four-year institutions by focusing on skill development, academic accountability, and character building. His ability to identify talent and project long-term potential aligns directly with the mission of the National Scouting Report.In addition to his coaching career, Burgos holds a Doctorate in Sport and Athletic Management, along with a master’s degree from Concordia University–Austin and a bachelor’s degree from East Texas A&M University. Hey! I'm Kayli! I am a wife, mom and former college athlete and cheer coach. I graduated from Dallas Baptist University with a degree in Broadcast Communications. I originally wanted to be a News Anchor after college but being a student athlete led me to my career choice! Cheer has been a big part of my life starting at such a young age. I enjoyed coaching the sport and pushing my athletes to the next level. My most favorite part was developing relationships with my athletes and watching them grow into awesome leaders throughout the years. My favorite memory of college was getting to cheer at the next level and making life long friendships with my teammates.

I am the Executive Board Director of "TE Sports" a multi-sports organization in Austin, TX, CEO and Co-Founder of CBE Exposure Basketball events in Texas, and Basketball Scout for the National Scouting Report (AL).
I have an Associate of Applied Science Business Management Degree A.A.S. with cores in C.E.E.T. and M.A. I am also a 4 year high school basketball varsity letterman and obtained a scholarship offer to the University of Texas in 1986. I have played basketball since 7th grade and have a great intense passion and expectation of athletes for the game. My specialty and strength was being an aggressive defender and a 3pt sharp shooter with a 80% shooting accuracy averaging 20+ points per game.
Along beside my husband, Ryan J Smith, Co-Executive Director, our "TE Sports" program has had the pleasure of assisting 100+ athletes in their journey to college basketball and their college academic majors at the next level. As a player, trainer and coach, I plan to continue to place student-athletes in the best scenario for recruitment to college sports.

With over a decade of coaching experience at the NCAA Division II and Division III levels, Alyssa understands what coaches look for — and how to help athletes find the right fit academically, athletically, and culturally.Alyssa is known for being relational, honest, and direct about level and opportunity. She prioritizes character, coachability, and long-term development, and she believes recruiting should be an experience athletes feel proud of — not overwhelmed by.Her approach is side-by-side: she won’t take the reins, but she will provide structure, education, and accountability so athletes can lead their process confidently.
