Alyssa Taramona is a former collegiate coach and student-athlete who helps high school athletes approach recruiting with clarity, confidence, and a plan. With over a decade of coaching experience at the NCAA Division II and Division III levels, Alyssa understands what coaches look for — and how to help athletes find the right fit academically, athletically, and culturally.Alyssa is known for being relational, honest, and direct about level and opportunity. She prioritizes character, coachability, and long-term development, and she believes recruiting should be an experience athletes feel proud of — not overwhelmed by.Her approach is side-by-side: she won’t take the reins, but she will provide structure, education, and accountability so athletes can lead their process confidently.
