We are scouting
We are recruiting
We are NSR
There are over seven million high school student-athletes in the United States. Less than 10% will participate in college sports. That leaves thousands of prep athletes who are good college prospects, but get left out of scholarship opportunities. Why? They and their parents don't understand how college recruiting works, so college coaches never learn about them and the value they could bring to their programs. Will you be recruited or will you be left out too?

I started working for NSR in October of 2014 and have found the career of my dreams. For 20 years I've been helping my own athletes get recruited but now I get to help athletes in all sports across the entire country with a great system. After going through the recruiting process myself, I had a very successful playing career that led me to coaching at Gonzaga University for several years.
After starting a family I decided college coaching was not a career I wanted. I started playing professional volleyball for PVL Team Evergreen and am now enjoying the success of the athletes I work with on their recruiting. There is no greater feeling than an athlete of mine receiving a scholarship. The financial pressure is off the parents and the hard work has paid off for the athlete. I'm passionate about what I do. I love the families I work with. I'm truly blessed to be a part of NSR.
A resident of Cincinnati, I'm currently the Area Director of Scouting for Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, as well as the National Co-Director of Volleyball Scouting. Combining over 28+ years of marketing experience and my love of sports and kids, I have found my true passion!
As a parent of two elite athletes, I understand what it takes to compete at the next level. I can identify talent and what college coaches are looking for in an athlete, both skill-wise and beyond. Having experienced the recruiting process from a parents point of view, I know first-hand how overwhelming and stressful the process can be. I take pride in guiding athletes and their families through this journey, eliminating the stress and helping them find their proper fit, so mom and dad can have peace of mind. As my daughter was being recruited, I realized there were many athletes that were good enough to play in college, but that didn't go on to play because their parents didn't understand the process and didn't seek help. Don't let this be your son or daughter. I look forward to helping your son or daughter reach their dreams of playing in college and making their recruiting journey a positive and exciting time in their career!
Thank you for all you do in coaching and training these volleyball athletes. Your opinion and involvement can be an integral part of our success with your athletes’ recruiting. Tell us about the volleyball athletes you have that we should come scout. Submit your player evaluations and/or schedule below. We look forward to seeing you on the court.
We want to start off by thanking you for trusting National Scouting Report for over 35 years to find, qualify, and deliver the athletes you need. Having 100+ college volleyball scouts nationwide working to find the athletes you're looking for on a daily basis - on the court and not in the office - we work harder than any other scouting organization in the world. Your trust, the success of your program, and the continued recruiting of NSR athletes is very important to us. For any needs you may have, feel free to browse our Volleyball Prospect Database, generate a more specific athlete request for your exact needs, or choose to receive emails as soon as we locate new prospects.
