Her highly-competitive and agressive play is infectious to her teammates. She runs the floor very well and hustles constantly and encourages her teammates to play at the same level of intensity as she plays. She is a leader. She is very coachable and strives to be the type of player that her coach can always depend on to be the best team player she can be and to have the work ethic necessary to allow both her team and herself be successful.\u00a0 As a student, Earnicia is very good student who understands that her academics must be the first priority. She is totally committed to maintain a great balance between academics and athletics.\u00a0 Earnicia is a young lady of strong character and a commitment to act in the appropriate manner at all times.&#8221;\u00a0 In speaking to college coaches in her personal essay, Earnicia says, &#8220;Basketball gives me the confidence to know that I can do anything that I set my mind to accomplish in my life. I have learned so much from my AAU and high school coach and they have taught me about having good character, which I possess. By being an athlete, I realize that people watch me on and off the court, so I make it my duty to represent myself and others surrounding me in the best way possible.
