Ramiro Flores<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

We are proud to select as our Male Athlete of the Day, Ramiro Flores<\/a><\/strong>, a running back, defensive back combo, from Aquinas High School in San Bernardino, California.\u00a0 He is an All-League performer and was an invitee at the prestigious NUC Top 100 Camp.\u00a0 His NSR scout, Brad Hoffman, writes this about Ramiro in his scouting report, “Romero Flores is a legit running back prospect who is a senior this year. He\u2019s 5\u201910\u201d 185 with a muscular build and room to grow. Flores runs hard for a tailback and is very disciplined at hitting the hole. He also has good breakaway speed along with an excellent eye for the field. Flores began his career as a wide receiver giving him excellent hands as a running back. He also is an exceptional kickoff and punt returner. In the first\u00a0five games he is averaging 31 yards a punt and 41 yards a kickoff. He averaged 165.2 rushing yards per game with\u00a0seven touchdowns on 102 carries and\u00a0eight Receptions for 107 yards through\u00a0five games this year.”\u00a0 And, in his note to college coaches, Ramiro says, “I’ve been all over the country to participate in camps and combines where I have had a lot of success. I feel one thing that separates me from everyone else is how determined I want to be successful. You will not find any player out there that will work harder or who has as much dedication as I have to the game I love.”<\/p>\n
