Glad I was that &#8220;crazy&#8221; mom who started Syd looking at colleges on her 8th grade trip.\u00a0 My advice to parents &amp; athletes&#8230; Visit &amp; attend the colleges sports I.D. camps at the schools your player is interested in. Players need to not only have a great service like <strong>NSR<\/strong> getting info out to the schools but get every opportunity for coaches to see them play.\u00a0 Once camp or tournaments are over, send out emails, make phone calls &amp; have your scout follow up with the coaches too. Your <strong>NSR<\/strong> scout is an extremely valuable asset in the process.\u00a0 Most of all enjoy the process &amp; be positive! This is a great life lesson for your child.
