Kassidy Childers<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Kassidy Childers<\/strong> <\/a>is the prototypical NSR<\/strong> prospect.\u00a0 The 5’5″ volleyball setter and libero carries a 3.9 GPA who also plays softball and expects to major in Business in college.\u00a0 She is a three-year starter in both volleyball and softball.\u00a0 She hails from Madisonville, Texas where she is a senior at Madisonville High School.\u00a0 Her scouting report was written by former Texas A&M<\/strong> and Houston Texans<\/strong> player Chris Taylor<\/strong>, the NSR<\/strong> licensee for East Texas.\u00a0 In it he says, “Kassidy is a great student-athlete.\u00a0 She is a player you want on your team and she will do whatever it takes to help her team win.\u00a0 She is a great leader and a very hard worker.\u00a0 Kassidy is a team player that motivates the players around her and helps her team be successful.\u00a0 She is a fiery competitor that leaves everything out on the court.\u00a0 Kassidy is able to play multiple positions which makes her a valuable asset to her team.\u00a0 As a setter, you can count on Kassidy to put the ball in the perfect spot for her hitters to get kills.\u00a0 She is strong defensively, using her quickness to get to balls that would be difficult for ordinary players.\u00a0 She has great lateral movement and great anticipation.\u00a0 It’s as if she knows what her opponents are going to do before they do.\u00a0 Kassidy has a very loving and supportive family that love her and want to see her succeed.\u00a0 I am honored to work with Kassidy and her family during this exciting time.”\u00a0 Kassidy talks about her dreams in her essay to college coaches when she says, “Going to college is a definate decision I have made in order to receive my degree in Business\/Marketing. Playing volleyball at the collegiate level is my ultimate goal as an athlete. As a two year starting Volleyball DS\/Libero and three year starting Softball third basemen, I am a very competitive and a driven athlete. I play club Volleyball year-round with Extreme Volleyball in Huntsville, Texas.
