She now posses both an inside and outside game allowing any coach a great deal of flexibility with their line up. Her work ethic and desire to improve are probably her best character traits. Jessica will make a fine addition to any college program.&#8221;\u00a0 Speaking to college coaches in her personal essay, Jessica says, &#8220;I am working hard everyday to become a better basketball player so that my team and I can accomplish our goals. I am considered very coachable and consider myself a smart player who really enjoys the game of basketball. As a post player, I enjoy the physical aspects of the game but I work equally as hard on my outside game. I am a hard worker on the court but I work hard off the court as well.
