This month signals the 32nd anniversary of founding of America’s first high school scouting and college recruiting organization, National Scouting Report (NSR).\u00a0 In 1980, Bob Rigney changed\u00a0college athletic recruiting when he began to promote high school athletes directly to coaches through\u00a0his\u00a0scouting reports.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Bob’s legacy is unmatched in its influence and impact.\u00a0 Since NSR’s inception, the company and its team of on-the-ground scouts have changed the lives of countless high school student-athletes across the United States and around\u00a0the globe.\u00a0 By hiring and training his scouts and charging them with personally scouting\u00a0prospects, interviewing them in person, qualifying\u00a0them athletically and academically, and then promoting them to college coaches, Bob’s vision\u00a0for helping prep\u00a0prospects\u00a0altered the\u00a0recruiting\u00a0landscape forever.\u00a0<\/p>\n
