Kellen Moore's performance against UGa was yet another example of his superb talent.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Time and time again over the past three years\u00a0Boise State<\/a> quarterback Kellen Moore<\/a> has put up impressive performances and numbers.\u00a0 Yet, where’s the love?\u00a0 His Saturday night primetime dismantling of Georgia’s defense proved, on the big stage, that Mr. Moore is indeed more than people, especially the nation’s college media, give him credit for.\u00a0 The dude rocks and deserves to be mentioned in the same breath as Stanford’s Andrew Luck and Oklahoma’s Landry Jones.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Get this:\u00a0 first, he’s six feet tall and weighs 190 pounds.\u00a0 He has the foot speed of you and me.\u00a0 Arm strength is not his strength,\u00a0yet he gets the ball where it needs to be when it\u00a0ought to be there.\u00a0 He looks like he’s 13, maybe 14,\u00a0years old.\u00a0 During a game he appears to be\u00a0at the mall looking for\u00a0a pair of jeans at the GAP.\u00a0 Yet, he plays the position like he was born for\u00a0it like few others have before him.\u00a0 In fact, his movements, cool demeanor under fire and decision making are reminiscent of another under-appreciated QB from a few years back.\u00a0 Remember a guy from Michigan named Tom Brady?\u00a0 Two peas in a pod, no doubt.<\/p>\n

In the UGa game, Moore was nearly unstoppable while being totally unflappable.\u00a0 His numbers against a helpless Bulldog defensive eleven earned him Mountain West Offensive Player of the Week<\/a> announced Monday.\u00a0 The southpaw completed 28-of-34 passes for 261 yards and three touchdowns, helping to lead the fifth-ranked Broncos to a 35-21\u00a0drubbing over previously #19 Georgia inside the Georgia Dome in downtown Atlanta.<\/p>\n

Moore\u00a0threw for a pair of scores in the first half and added another in the third quarter, giving BSU an\u00a0insurmountable\u00a028-7 lead.\u00a0\u00a0 From there on he methodically whittled down the clock with a combination of runs and short passes.\u00a0 And, the Prosser, WA, native did not suffer a single sack while finishing\u00a0with an other-worldly efficiency rating of 170.07.<\/p>\n
