NSR athletes are personally scouted and interviewed before being accepted as one of our prospects.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

As 2012 NSR student-athlete commitments begin to arrive in our home office, it reminds us about the high quality of the prospects our company represents.\u00a0 NSR scouts are out in force every day across America and in five foreign countries personally evaluating talent at high school, club, travel and individual events.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Our 31-year dedication to our craft has not wavered.\u00a0\u00a0As the world’s leading on-the-ground\u00a0high school scouting organization, NSR\u00a0approaches\u00a0and enrolls only those prospects with the\u00a0ability, desire, grades,\u00a0character and family support\u00a0necessary for college coaches to take seriously as college-level recruits.\u00a0\u00a0Each prospect is individually vetted in a verification process which insures college coaches\u00a0that\u00a0NSR\u00a0student-athletes are worthy of their time and effort to evaluate for their recruiting needs.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Each day as we diligently search for those few prospects with the characteristics NSR deems essential, our scouts are\u00a0ever mindful of our responsibility to our\u00a0current client-prospects as well as to college coaches.\u00a0 Enrolling high quality prospects is constantly at the forefront of our scouts’ thinking.\u00a0 NSR prospects must be able to play at the college level.\u00a0 They must be academically sound. They must have a keen desire to participate in college athletics.\u00a0 They must be of strong character.\u00a0 And, they must have the support of their families.\u00a0 Anything less is a disservice to them and to college coaches.<\/p>\n

Worldwide NSR prospects are\u00a0receiving the attention and offers they richly deserve.\u00a0 These are hard-working youngsters\u00a0with the common goal of\u00a0achieving something few people across the globe\u00a0ever have the opportunity to experience.\u00a0 It is an honorable goal\u00a0which\u00a0in today’s recruiting landscape requires\u00a0taking full advantage of\u00a0professional and technological advances to aid\u00a0in their quest.\u00a0 There is simply too much\u00a0at stake to ignore the realities of\u00a0today’s recruiting process and changes.\u00a0\u00a0The direction\u00a0of recruiting has taken a 90%\u00a0turn and those who choose to forge ahead using archaic methods or jump on ineffective wagons suffer the consequences of those choices — no offers, no\u00a0athletic scholarships and no future in college athletics.<\/p>\n

NSR athletes get offers\u00a0for two clear reasons:\u00a0 1) They are qualified atheltically and academically to\u00a0be a college athlete; 2) They put their trust in\u00a0the\u00a0very best and\u00a0most trusted\u00a0scouting organization\u00a0on Earth.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
