Up and down the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cbssports.com\/collegebasketball\">March Madness<\/a> bracket spectrum, &#8220;smaller&#8221; schools have run roughshod over their bigger brothers. The Richmond&#8217;s, VCU&#8217;s, George Mason&#8217;s, Butler&#8217;s, Gonzaga&#8217;s and the like are consistently advancing deep into the tournament whilst sending the message that they are indeed here to stay. Moreover, the parity which has infiltrated the men&#8217;s game will no longer allow Power Conferences, such as the BIG EAST, to dominate future bracket spots as they did this year with a gaudy 11 teams.
