Linebacker’s Resume Reads Like a Who’s Who in America Prep Sports<\/strong><\/p>\n

The resumes of high school athletes whose aspirations are to play college sports usually consist of a long list of all-league, all-conference, player-of-the-year and other such accolades.\u00a0 And predictably, they are dotted with other\u00a0stellar accomplishments and noteworthy statistics here and there.\u00a0 These are star athletes on the local, regional and occasionally state platforms who\u00a0place their records out there for coaches to review.\u00a0\u00a0<\/div>\n

Every once in awhile, though, a resume emerges which immediately jumps out at a coach, even more so than the others.\u00a0\u00a0It’s the one which\u00a0describes a student-athlete who has reached national or international prominence and uncommon\u00a0heights of excellence.\u00a0 These are prospects whose athletic ability exceeds the norm and whose drive to excel has launched them into\u00a0rarified\u00a0air.\u00a0<\/div>\n
