The National Fastpitch Coaches Association held their annual Coaches Clinic in Elizabeth, Indiana January 6-7, 2017. National Scouting Report was there mingling and networking with high school and travel ball coaches from all over the Midwest.<\/p>\n

At the NFCA Coaches Clinic NSR scouts Robby Wilson, Stephen Hearon, and Sara Rondeau were able to meet with coaches and talk about athletes and what NSR can do for them. NSR was also the headline sponsor for the coaches social hour Friday, January 6, 2017. At the social hour, the NSR staff was able to get face-to-face with the coaches and find out what their needs are with recruiting.<\/p>\n

\u201cI feel like the noncollegiate coaches aren’t used to this kind of environment, so when they learned that NSR is truly about the athletes, the conversations turned to excitement and inquisition.\u201d Said college scout, Stephen Hearon, \u201cIt’s refreshing to be around those that are as passionate about the game and helping young people as I am. I’m looking forward to advancing the relationships that were established last weekend and can’t wait to work with those coaches and their athletes!\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

One of the things that sets NSR apart from other scouting organizations is that our scouts work hard to educate coaches on the recruiting process so that they can help their athletes who want to play at the next level.<\/p>\n
