\"\"<\/a>National Scouting Report<\/strong> (NSR) is proud to announce a partnership in principle with the National Intercollegiate Athletic Association (NAIA)<\/a><\/strong>.\u00a0 The NAIA requested the partnership stating in a Email to NSR president, Rusty Rigney, \u201cSince (NSR) works directly with student-athletes hoping for a chance to extend their playing career into college sports, we want to partner with you to help spread the word about the new NAIA eligibility processes and make sure that your athletes understand what they need to do to PlayNAIA!\u201d<\/p>\n

In response, Rigney asserted, \u201cWe are very proud to call the NAIA partners in this important endeavor to inform our client-athletes about the NAIA\u2019s new Eligibility Center.\u00a0 We feel that this will open the door to future opportunities for both our organizations.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

The NAIA opened the doors to their Eligibility Center on September 1, 2010.\u00a0 The Center is responsible for determining the eligibility of first-time NAIA student-athletes. \u00a0\u00a0Any student playing NAIA sports for the first time in the fall of 2011 or later must have his or her eligibility determined by the NAIA Eligibility Center.\u00a0 All NAIA member schools are bound by the Center\u2019s decisions.<\/p>\n

As part of the agreement, NSR will place the NAIA logo on our Web site home page with a link to the PlayNAIA Web site<\/strong><\/a> where students can find out more about registering to have their eligibility determined.\u00a0 Additionally, NSR will include detailed educational information in the company\u2019s monthly newsletter delivered exclusively to client-athletes and their parents, The NSR Journal<\/em>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
