College Scouts are on the ground in Northeast Missouri.

Mandi and the staff at NSR are dedicated to finding scholarship opportunities for athletes in Northeast Missouri that possess the talent, desire, and motivation to compete at the collegiate level. We provide athletic evaluations, academic guidance, and an in-depth education on the recruiting process. Upon successful evaluation and qualification into our program, National Scouting Report will provide the appropriate link between the student athlete and over 2,000 colleges and universities across the country.

NSR prides itself on having scouts on the ground across the country and around the world, checking out our prospects firsthand and making sure they are the quality athletes that we are proud to represent. If you see an NSR scout at your next event, be sure to ask them any questions you may have about college recruiting, and how NSR can help secure the futures of young athletes.

About Area Director, Mandi Balduf

I grew up in northwest Ohio playing a variety of sports. Playing softball at Tiffin University and majoring in Sports Management further stoked my love of wanting to become a college coach. After 15 years of coaching collegiate softball at the NAIA and NCAA D1 and D2 levels, I wanted to remain in the game to provide high school athletes and their families with the opportunities to fulfill those same dreams. I am blessed and honored to be able to change lives through a sport that has given me so much.

After four years of playing college baseball, I immediately took a head baseball coaching position. I spent 21 years as a head HS baseball coach and coached at every classification, before ending my career at the class 6 level.  I also have 18 years of high school experience coaching football and a few years coaching basketball.  After my high school coaching career, I moved on to coach baseball at the collegiate level for a few years.  I coached at both the NAIA and NCAA levels.  During my high school coaching career, I made it to multiple Final Fours, won a state championship, and received Missouri State Coach of the Year honors, as well as National Coach of the Year honors for the Midwest. I coached multiple teams to #1 state rankings and have had teams ranked nationally. On the recruiting side, I have had multiple players go on to play DI baseball or be drafted by the MLB, and countless others have gone on to play at other levels of college baseball.  As a collegiate coach, I coached multiple All-Conference players as well as an All-American.  I have also been a club director and coordinated multiple showcases during my career.  I have a lot of experience at many different levels and have been on all sides of the recruiting process.
