Dewey (Duke) Decker is the Area Director for National Scouting Report of Northern Wisconsin. He has been an avid sports fan for his entire life. At ten years old, Duke started participating in organized bowling and by the age of twelve, he already had his first team state championship under his belt. He has lived in the Green Bay area all of his life and attended Southwest High School where he participated and lettered in track and received honorable mention as an All Conference player in football. In fact, some of his home football games were played in Lambeau Field. Dewey continued his education at the University of Oshkosh. His love of sports persisted and he stayed involved by coaching football, playing, coaching, and officiating softball, shooting trap and skeet, and playing volleyball. His favorite pastime, however, is the game of golf. He was secretary of his corporate golf league for twenty-one years and continues to try to master the game.

Duke enjoys golfing and downhill skiing with his wife Beckie and their seven children. The family grew up playing sports such as golf, soccer, wrestling, football, baseball, softball, volleyball, gymnastic, swimming and diving, cheerleading, rugby, basketball, and bowling. His children hold a variety of state titles, team and individual. They have been named to All-American teams, and have finished in the top two in national competitions. His goal is to help other young athletes to receive college scholarships, and make their dream of participating in college athletics come true.

NSR of Northern Wisconsin is dedicated to providing scholarship opportunities for the students in our area that possess the talent, desire and motivation to compete at the collegiate level. We provide athletic and talent evaluations, academic guidance, and an in depth education on the NCAA rules and regulations. Upon successful evaluation and qualification into one of our programs, National Scouting Report will provide the appropriate link between the student athlete or fine arts performer and the 2000 plus colleges and universities across the country.
