Want to play softball in college? Get in line. The recruiting process for softball athletes becomes more competitive every day, and the recruiting process starts earlier and earlier. There is much more to the process than showing up at a camp or playing in a showcase. The old saying "if you're good enough, they will find you", wasn't true then and isn't true now.

The chance to be recruited to play college sports comes only once in your lifetime. Only you can ensure that it's not wasted.

This guy as well as all the NSR scouts have a real connection and relationships with the college coaches from all levels and divisions. Before engaging with NSR, we attended many camps and exposure tournaments and thought we knew a considerable amount about the recruiting process. I have no doubt that we have netted, by far, the most valuable and relevant connections through our NSR Scout than we would have had on our own. Experiencing the NSR process gave my daughter the confidence she needed to talk to coaches and show her character as well as her athletic skill. This is the result of hard work on the field and in the class room. This is the results of long hrs on the road sleeping in the backseat of a car. This is what determination is when other people said it couldn't be done. So Thank you Robby Wilson for making that 500 mile trip to sit with us and tell this young lady she would play at the next level someday. It wasn't always easy putting up with me but I have no doubt without all your hard work late night calls, long road trips this dream of hers would not of been possible so for that we are forever grateful. So from my family to yours thank you for all you sacrifice. NSR is everything we'd hoped it would be, and the scouts in NSR are what make the biggest difference in choosing a scouting company to help in the recruiting process.

I was late getting into the recruiting process and I am thankful for my parents helping me out along the way. They sacrificed their weekends to drive me to a lot of camps that were beneficial. They signed me up with NSR and recruiter Robby Wilson. He kept me on my grades, ACT score and continuing to get better at softball. When I signed up I immediately received emails from college coaches. Robby Wilson helped me find the college I am happily committed to today; Wallace State, in Alabama. Coach Clem is a great coach and I can not wait to play for her. Without NSR I would not have found Wallace State and my recruiting process would have been a lot more stressful. I would recommend NSR to anyone wanting to take their athletic abilities to the next level.

I am a 2015 outfielder as well as a left-handed slapper. I am from Mississippi where I play softball for Lake Horn High School. I got into the recruiting process pretty late into high school. But Through the help of NSR I have been recruited and will be signing a softball scholarship in the coming week. I could have never made it without the help of NSR Softball Director Robby Wilson and my scout Larry Perrin. They have been a tremendous help. They have gotten me into camps where I have met new coaches and friends. I would definitely recommend NSR to any athlete looking to play at the college level.

I wish I had began the recruiting process sooner but I did not know where to start. Robby Wilson, my scout, helped me with the recruiting process by always being there to help me along the way and to help answers my questions. Once we got started with NSR there were contacts from coaches almost immediately. I could not have been more pleased with the offer and program I have committed to right now; The University of Louisiana at Monroe. The most valuable part of the NSR process was the fact that Robby was someone we knew. Someone we saw at camps and I know if I sent him a text I would get an answer back the same day.
