   NSR of San Diego is pleased to represent the interests of many of the Community's finest student-athletes to the colleges and universities which offer scholarships in their sports. The recruiting process can be difficult and overwhelming to manage properly. It is not quantum physics but it can be very detailed, confusing and time consuming. Our Firm enjoys a reputation for attention to detail, good communication and most importantly, success in the recruiting process.

   However, the simple truth is that if a student-athlete has not been recognized by the recruiting fraternity or sorority, that student-athlete will not be recruited. Done, end of story. Not because he or she is not qualified but simply because they have not been identified. Next, those recruiters will need superior, complete and organized evaluation materials.  Without them coaches will not be willing to invest the thousands of dollars represented by their institution's scholarship. They need to have the data, film and the history of a prospect in order to help them justify their decisions. They need to be contacted and they need follow up calls. Our firm will develop these materials, contact recruiting coaches and guide you and your family through the process to successful conclusion.
