Hi, my name is Pat Daley and I would like to tell you a little bit about myself. I have been happily married for 13 years and have two great sons - ages 9 and 11. I was born in Wisconsin and moved to Oregon in 1991. My family and I now live about 10 miles out of Portland in Clackamas, Oregon. Throughout my life, sports have always been one of my passions. I have always been involved with sports as a participant, as a spectator, or as a coach of basketball, football, or baseball at a variety of levels.
Combining three of my greatest loves (of sports, of helping others, and of working with youth at all levels) has led me to helping young adults achieve the dream of competing at the collegiate level. It brings me great satisfaction to be able to assist the well rounded athlete in securing an athletic scholarship and a college education. I would love the opportunity to work with you and your family to make your dreams come true. Help me help you achieve your goals. The time is now. You only have one opportunity to be recruited. Don’t leave it to chance.
NSR of Oregon is a division of National Scouting Report, Inc., the world’s oldest, largest and most prestigious private scouting service, promoting high school students to all colleges nationwide. NSR of Oregon serves the entire state including the often forgotten area of Central and Eastern Oregon. Click any of the links to find out more about NSR from both a local and national perspective. I invite you to call me about any of the topics listed.
As the NSR State Director of Oregon, my goal is to locate, evaluate and educate outstanding college prospects on the recruiting process. At NSR, we qualify our candidates and work closely with their families to attain maximum exposure for athletic success and a college degree. NSR has relationships with 2000 colleges throughout the United States. Through these partnerships, we have daily contact with college coaches.
One of the things that make the National Scouting Report program so special is that not all athletes qualify for NSR and its promotions. A student must be an exceptional athlete but must also have good grades, commitment to academics and a strong focus on the future. In the year 2000, the National High School Coaches Association selected their national high school “Players of the Year” in 16 different sports. Of the 16 athletes that were selected, 13 were enrolled with the National Scouting Report program. This demonstrates the quality of the athletes enrolled in our program.
It is almost never too soon to start. A freshman may not be too early but a senior is almost definitely too late. If you feel you have the desire to play at the college level and are what NSR is looking for please do not hesitate to call. We will be scouting schools in your area in all fields of athletics and we may already know who you are.
