If a high school student can play or perform at the next level, there are four steps toward achieving a scholarship, grant or aid. A college must identify the prospect, evaluate the prospect, and eliminate prospects that don't meet the schools criteria, then make THE OFFER! If your son or daughter has not been identified, the next three steps will never occur and the tragedy of being left out will be real. Student prospects should be receiving a lot of questionnaires from colleges early in their Freshman or Sophomore year, certainly no later than their Junior year. These questionnaires open their file at hundreds of schools. College questionnaires must be completed, updated and returned in a timely manner. If they are not, the students will likely be dropped from the recruiting list and not know it. National Scouting Report completes and returns these questionnaires for each student. On occasion, there are as many as 100 or more questionnaires needing regular attention. We handle it like clockwork.
