Parents:
Feel free to direct any questions regarding the recruiting process or the services we provide to Dan Greco.  He will gladly send a scout to your child’s event to evaluate his/her athletic talent, as long as they meet certain athletic and academic criteria.

Coaches:
We seek your guidance and honest evaluations regarding the talent level of the athletes that you coach – who knows about their ability more than you?  If you have any athletes that you feel can compete at the next level, please print a copy of our Coach Evaluation Form, fill it out and fax it along with a game/practice schedule to: Dan Greco, Regional Director: (800) 953-9006, or e-mail to: dgreco@nsr-inc.com

Philip Scardilli
Area Scout/Central Jersey

Phil Scardilli was born and has lived all his life in New Jersey.  He played football and baseball in high school in Essex County.  In college, he was a four year starter in baseball at Kean University.  Phil received his Bachelor and Masters’ Degrees in education from Kean, as well as advanced certifications in Learning Disabilities, Administration and Supervision.

; Phil’s career in education saw him serve as a teacher, learning disabilities specialist, supervisor and principal in both public and private schools.  He also served as a supervisor with the N.J. State Department of Education.

After a thirty-five year career in education, Phil retired and began his scouting career with National Scouting Report.  He now resides in Monmouth County.  He is still an active tennis player and continues to carry an eight handicap in golf.

Married for thirty-three years, with two adult children, Phil has experienced having children involved in high school and college athletics.  He still thoroughly enjoys watching high school sporting events.  Phil feels that providing NSR services to student-athletes is a natural extension of his long career in education.
