As a former college football player, and the father of a former player and two coaches, I understand the issues that each parent will encounter with regard to getting their athlete noticed and recruited. The process is very intimidating and we can give guidance and advice to the family. Our goal is to get offers for our athletes. We are very successful at making this happen. You can take a chance at being part of the 4.5% of all high school athletes that get to play in college, or you can talk to one of our scouts to become part of the 97% of our athletes that have achieved success with our company. Toby comes to us from the softball capital of the world, Oklahoma City. Toby brings with him 20 years of experience in the travel softball world. Toby has five competitive athletes in his family; Three of these being NSR prospects. Toby’s oldest daughter played Division II softball at Oklahoma Christian University. His oldest son, played Division II JUCO at Northern Oklahoma College in Enid Oklahoma.
Toby has a set of triplets; 2 boys and a girl. His daughter, currently an NSR prospect, plays for the Oklahoma Athletics National 2024 club team. This team recently won the HFL Championship and is ranked as one of the top 14U club teams in the nation.
Toby’s team goal is to use his previous knowledge in recruiting to lead and assist all of his NSR Athletes so that they have the opportunity to achieve their dream of playing college softball.

As a former college football player and D1 college football recruiter, I enjoy working with student-athletes in helping them achieve their dream of playing in college. I taught, coached, and was a high school athletic director in the state of Kansas for 9 years. I have been working with top level athletes for over 20 years now. I have coached many hard working student-athletes that have received college scholarships from JUCO to D1 in various sports. It is very satisfying when a hard working student-athlete gets to see all that time in the weight room, gym, on the court, on the field, on the pitch, or in the pool finally pay off. I am looking forward to working with potential student-athletes and their parents and helping guide them through the recruiting process.
