Greg Smith joins the NSR team with a background like none other in the world of recruiting and marketing high school athletes to colleges for scholarship opportunities. Mr. Smith has over 20+ years of hands-on experience in the sports video production and college recruiting/athlete marketing industries. As the former President of College Promoters USA since 2011, a Texas-based college recruiting service that Greg's father started in 1997, Greg successfully completed a merger with NSR in 2023 to combine forces with the original name in the industry to continue to provide true 'boots on the ground' service, support, and guidance, all while working every day to offset the ongoing predatory sales tactics from the 'dot-com' websites continuing to prey on athletes and families all over the U.S. Greg played many sports growing up but found his true 'love of the game' in the baseball world. From a strong run at the LLWS through the Little League scene as an 11 & 12 year old, all the way into Texas 5A high school, and through the college recruiting process, baseball has always been his game of choice. In 2001 he joined his father's business to help grow and expand College Promoters of Texas by founding the "Video Shop", utilizing his self-taught editing and production skills to offer in-house video services. Subsequently hiring a video editor, and prior to taking control of the company in 2011, Greg garnered many years of first-hand marketing/ recruiting experience across all sports under the UIL in Texas. Simply put, Greg is a true professional in college recruiting, athlete marketing, and overall guidance & leadership for any prospective student-athlete and their parents/families, and even into the business side with any potential Scouts or Area Directors that may need support in the industry. Hey! I'm Kayli! I am a wife, mom and former college athlete and cheer coach. I graduated from Dallas Baptist University with a degree in Broadcast Communications. I originally wanted to be a News Anchor after college but being a student athlete led me to my career choice! Cheer has been a big part of my life starting at such a young age. I enjoyed coaching the sport and pushing my athletes to the next level. My most favorite part was developing relationships with my athletes and watching them grow into awesome leaders throughout the years. My favorite memory of college was getting to cheer at the next level and making life long friendships with my teammates.

Matt Muniz is one of our newest Scouts to the NSR team in the South Texas Area. He brings with him 12+ years of Recruiting and Scouting experience, analyzing athletes to help find their best fit in college.Originally from Corpus Christi, TX. Matt was a 4 year athlete at Moody HS (Class of 2008) in multiple sports and was All-District his senior year in football. He went on to attend TAMUCC, then UTSA before interning at College Promoters USA (now combined with NSR), moving up their ranks to be their Lead Videographer and Director of Video. He brings along a passion to helping high school athletes achieve their dream, as he knows the importance of playing college sports can help alter and help change the next 40 years of their lives. He is excited to continue helping athletes find their next home with NSR, and looks forward to helping each Corpus and South Texas athlete personally along the way.

I am the Executive Board Director of "TE Sports" a multi-sports organization in Austin, TX, CEO and Co-Founder of CBE Exposure Basketball events in Texas, and Basketball Scout for the National Scouting Report (AL).
I have an Associate of Applied Science Business Management Degree A.A.S. with cores in C.E.E.T. and M.A. I am also a 4 year high school basketball varsity letterman and obtained a scholarship offer to the University of Texas in 1986. I have played basketball since 7th grade and have a great intense passion and expectation of athletes for the game. My specialty and strength was being an aggressive defender and a 3pt sharp shooter with a 80% shooting accuracy averaging 20+ points per game.
Along beside my husband, Ryan J Smith, Co-Executive Director, our "TE Sports" program has had the pleasure of assisting 100+ athletes in their journey to college basketball and their college academic majors at the next level. As a player, trainer and coach, I plan to continue to place student-athletes in the best scenario for recruitment to college sports.
